PHASE 1 Tele-Team is a telecommunications contracting company. We are owned and operated by skilled telecom technicians with over 60 years combined technical experience.
We are seeking motivated, hard working individuals with prior experience in telecom recruiting and/or sales. We are looking for talented recruiters and/or sales persons to join our team.
Experience Required
- Ability to use sales skills to obtain contracts with telecom companies
- Ability to source passive candidates through networking
- Conduct indirect recruiting through major job boards
- Familiarity with social networks such as LinkedIn, Plaxo, Facebook
- Experience building databases using Microsoft Access
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience opening new accounts through recruiting efforts
- Being able to develop trusting relationships with candidates and clients
- Hard working, motivated to deliver daily
- Exemplary honesty and integrity

This position is commission-based with an unlimited earning potential and a quick turnaround on profits. Salary may be possible, depending on experience. Mileage and lodge reimbursements may also be negotiated.
