Job Description:
Use your sales skills and experience to help obtain technical contracts with telecommunications and cable providers and companies. Use your recruiting skills to help to locate qualified telecom techs and cable techs to fill the contract positions.
Pay:
Pay will be based on the structure of the contract obtained. Can make a monthly salary, flat rate commission or hourly commission based on hours worked by the contractors you help to place.
Experience Needed:
Sales and/or Human Resources recruiting. Telecom sales and/or recruiting is a plus, but not mandatory.

PHASE 1 Tele-Team is a telecommunications contracting company. We are owned and operated by skilled telecom technicians with over 60 years combined technical experience.
We are seeking motivated, hard working individuals with prior experience in telecom recruiting and/or sales. We are looking for talented recruiters and/or salespersons to join our team.
Experience Required
- Ability to use sales skills to obtain contracts with telecom companies
- Ability to source passive candidates through networking
- Conduct indirect recruiting through major job boards
- Familiarity with social networks such as LinkedIn, Plaxo, Facebook
- Experience building databases using Microsoft Access
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience opening new accounts through recruiting efforts
- Being able to develop trusting relationships with candidates and clients
- Hard working, motivated to deliver daily
- Exemplary honesty and integrity
